COVID-19, A Personal Note from The Founders Of ML

We love our clients and hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.  The following is how we are keeping our clients and employees safe during this very trying time.

OUR SAFETY MISSION:
We have sanitized every inch of our studio and continue to do so regularly as per the CDC guidelines. We do quarterly inventory, and our last large shipment of inventory was in January.
This includes:
* Our fabulous products
*Packing products and shipping boxes
* M/L signature boxes, tissue, stickers, velum cards and greeting cards

Any products received as of now will be put into their own personal quarantine for the appropriate amount of time according to the CDC guidelines and will be sanitized after being released from isolation.

 

Our employees will be staying home and we are video conferencing with our team daily to keep everyone updated on our business and our health. However, Sandra, Blair and Elton (our office doggy) will be working around the clock to fulfill orders. We are maintaining appropriate distancing, washing our hands (using a no-touch soap and water system), using hand sanitizer constantly, and wearing gloves when putting our gifts together.  We are closely monitoring CDC.gov for updates and communicating these updates to our team so we can all remain safe both inside and outside of the workplace.

 

For our Corporate and Wedding clients… Many events and weddings have been postponed or canceled. As always, we will work with you one on one and get through this together. We are here for you.

 

With so many feeling isolated at this time, there is no better way to brighten someone’s day…whether it be a personal or professional connection… let them know they are in your thoughts and are important to you.

 

We recognize that with social distancing on the rise people are feeling isolated and disconnected, gifting can be a great way to maintain a connection. Our online shop remains open 24/7 with no order minimums and free U.S. shipping.  We are doing whatever we can to meet our normal turnaround times.  The health and well-being of our clients, team, and community are of utmost importance to us.
