THE ML GIFT BOX SKINNY

DOES THE GIFT BOX SHIP AS SHOWN?

Yes. Each set of products comes in our beautiful magnetic closure signature white or gray box with coordinating grosgrain ribbon, tissue wrapped on the inside and sealed with our ML logo sticker . Our boxes are meant to be kept for later use, they're the perfect place for trinkets, keepsakes and everything in between. Plus, each box will ship inside a shipper box so it stays nice and pretty.  We take great care in curating each gift, and we ship exactly what you see on each product page. 

On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, one of our gifting specialists will personally contact you with options of equal or greater value.

DO THE GIFTS COME WITH A NOTE?

Each gift includes a custom-designed greeting card that you select on our product page or through our Build-Your-Gift platform.

You simply provide us with your message and we will handwrite your card, don’t forget to sign your name!! 

We then seal the envelope with a coordinating ML wax seal.

DO THE BOXES EVER CHANGE?

We are constantly innovating and updating our products to refresh existing boxes, and we're always coming up with new box ideas.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES

No, unfortunately  none of our codes or discounts are stackable. Choose just one at checkout and save the others for a future purchase.

HOW DO I ADD A NAME TO MY GIFT BOX ? HOW DO I CHOOSE MY RIBBON COLOR?

2 of our favorite things!  Choose these options on the product page,  you can add a name and select color options for font, this is where can also choose your ribbon color to make your gift more personal.

Their name will be added to the inside lid of the gift box. Please allow 3-5 business days for personalization (plus shipping).

You can also use this option with our Build-Your-Gift platform. 

WHERE CAN I SEE THE GREETING CARDS YOU OFFER?

There is a tab on all product pages, you can see them there. On our Build-Your-Gift platform you can see all of the choices in step 3. 

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF EACH GIFT BOX AND WHAT COLORS DO YOU OFFER?

We have 2 box sizes:

SMALL BOX     9.25" x  7" x  4"
LARGE BOX   13" x 10" x  4.5"

ML signature gift boxes are available in White, Gray, Black Gloss, Ivory and Pearl Pink. 

We do offer seasonal box/ribbon options. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, all sales are final. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty as they left us but if something goes wrong please don't hesitate to contact us so we can make it right!
ARE YOU A SUBSCRIPTION  BASED COMPANY?
No, we are not a subscription based gift box company. You can buy as many or as little as you'd like, no pressure to sign up for future gifts...although we know you'll be back as our gifts are always a hit! 

SHIPPING 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE AND DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Orders take 2-3 business days to process and 4-7 business days to ship via UPS standard shipping, depending on where it's going.

Our standard shipping is free in the Continental US, can also choose expedited shipping at check out.  

If you choose expedited shipping at checkout, we will process your order immediately and get your gift out in 1 business day (Monday-Friday) orders placed after 12pm CST Friday will go out for shipping the following Monday. 

If you are in real hurry email us at orders@mint-lavender.com and we will do everything possible to meet your deadline.

MY BOX IS A GIFT.  I DON'T WANT A RECEIPT IN THE GIFT BOX OR ANY PRICING SHOWN.

We never include receipts or inventory / packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY? CAN I PICK UP MY GIFT?

Yes, we offer local delivery in the Dallas area only.  If you are in the 15 mile radius of our 75205 zip code, this option will be available at checkout for a $15.00 delivery fee.  Please allow our standard 3-5 day turnaround, if you are in a real hurry please email us and we will work hard to  get your gift delivered sooner. 

If you are in the Dallas area and would like to pick up your gift we are available by appointment only, email us at orders@mont-lavender.com.

WHAT IF MY GIFT IS FOR A SPECIFIC DATE AND I WANT TO PURCHASE IT NOW, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS

You have 2 options here.

If your gift is for a special date, we can add a "DON'T OPEN UNTIL ____" sticker to the front of their package and ship it our right away, or

we can hold it in our warehouse until you'd like us to ship it.  Please make sure to use our delivery date selector available on each product page. remember to calculate 2-6 business  days for our free standard shipping, depending on where it's going. 

Our system automatically sends out shipping confirmations with tracking numbers when your order is prepped.

Do not be alarmed, we're still holding it in our warehouse and will wait until your specified date.

MY TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT MY RECIPIENT NEVER GOT IT? 

if a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, our customer care team will do everything our power to locate it by calling the carrier. 

Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that's out of our control, and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. 

We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we'd be happy to do the same on our end.

IT SAYS THE DELIVERY OF MY PACKAGE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, NOW WHAT?

More often than not, the package will be returned to our warehouse. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error such as an incorrectly inputted address or your recipient has moved, for example,  we are happy to resend it but do charge  shipping fees. 

We do not offer refunds because a package was not claimed by your recipient. 

Packages will be left  without obtaining a signature. Signature service is an extra charge. If you would like to request a signature for your package, please select this option at check out.

WHAT IF MY GIFT OR PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

We are sorry to hear that, please take photos of the shipping boxes and the products inside and email them to orders@mint-lavender.com with the Subject line, DAMAGED SHIPMENT. We will work to remedy the situation ASAP

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, all US territories and Canada (please note that free shipping does not apply to Canada).

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS?

WE OFFER FREE STANDARD UPS ground shipping in the Continental US, please allow 5-7 days for shipping, this does not include our turnaround time of 2-3 business days. 

Free standard shipping only valid for Curated Gifts and Build-Your-Gift.

Shipping rates apply for Corporate, Custom Wedding and Outside The Box.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE WARM WEATHER SHIPPING?

Please note that ordering items sensitive to melting is at your own risk. We make every effort to package products for warm weather conditions using ice packs but cannot guarantee what happens during shipping or if box is left outside upon delivery. We are not responsible for products that spoil due to: Packages left at the door for extended periods of time, packages sent back to our warehouse  location because no one was available to sign for them, or delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We strongly suggest using expedited shipping during the warm weather season- May though September. 


CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Yes, we've made it easy. You can use the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" button on the My Cart page, you'll find it on the top right in blue. If you have too many gifts and want us to take care of it on our end, we'd be happy to. Simply purchase all the gifts you need then email us a list of the recipients and addresses (an email list or excel, etc.).

We take great care in shipping our gifts, each gift will ship inside a premium shipping box, fully protected so it stays nice and pretty. 


BUILD-YOUR-GIFT PLATFORM 

 HOW DOES YOUR BUILD-YOUR-GIFT WORK?

This is where you get to be creative and in 3 easy steps you design your own gift, no one knows that special someone better than you do. Use our curated gifts for inspiration and have fun


Choose from 6 different gifts boxes in step 1, including specialty boxes for men, brides and bridesmaids.  


There are over 300 hand selected products in step 2, don't worry we've made it easy and fun by categorizing your options so you can shop by occasion and color.

You can also add personalization in this step, give us their name and font color at checkout and we'll add it to the inside lid of your gift. 


In step 3  Select your greeting card, we'll handwrite your message. 


Then hit send....it's that easy!


ARE THERE CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS USING BUILD-YOUR-GIFT 

Yes!  Choose from 6 different gift boxes in step 1.   

You can add a name and select color options for font in step 2., wedding party boxes include personalization.

Don't forget to tell us the name and font color in checkout notes.

We do offer seasonal box/ribbon options. 

CAN I BUILD SEVERAL GIFTS AT ONCE?

Yes you can, simply build your gift then start over with a new gift. You will see them all in your cart. 

HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN I ADD TO ONE GIFT?

BUILD-YOUR-GIFT will always start with a small box and upgrade you to a large box depending on how many products you add. The program will let you know when you have added too many products to fit into a large box with a pop up.  Its super user friendly (and a bit addictive!), but fell free to reach out to us if you need help. 

OUTSIDE THE BOX

WHAT IS OUTSIDE THE BOX ?

The ML Outside The Box is designed to offer you the products you love without our signature gift box.  The perfect opportunity to treat yourself,  someone you care about or simply replace the items you can't live without from a gift that you received or always wanted to try.

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED AND IS A PERSONAL NOTE INCLUDED?

All individual products  purchased through our Outside The Box  will be shipped in a standard shipping box or envelope with receipt included. 

No personal note included with this option. Purchase one of our Curated gifts or use our Build-Your-Gift platform for gifts that are packaged in our signature gift boxes with a personal handwritten greeting card included.

IS SHIPPING FREE WITH THIS OPTION?

Shipping is not included, all items purchased through the Outside The Box will ship with the option you choose  at checkout. 

IS PRICING INCLUDED IN THE SHIPMENT?

Yes, all Outside The Box products arrive with packaging slip/receipt.
